Hi,
I am
41 years old and weighed 122 pounds. Worked out 3
to 4 times a week and walked several times a week. In February
2010, I learned that my cholesterol was 229 (Hdl 65, ldl 133). I
was recommended medications however my liver functions were elevated
so medication were not an option at the time.
I did
not want to take medications anyway. So, I found
your book in the public library and changed my eating behaviors
dramatically by trying to incorporate all 10 of your suggestions
into my daily routine. So, now I have lost about 8
pounds. (I
also stopped taking birth control pills) and my cholesterol
is now 168! (Hdl-57 and LDL 92). My liver functions have
dropped
also, but still a little high.
